This was not my idea. A friend of mine said: "I wish I could find someone to make a cake shaped like the Aperture Science Weighted Companion Cube." I told him that I could do it... He didn't believe me, but he bought the ingredients and told me to go ahead and try. So I did try.

Here is what I came up with.

I JUST SAID someone needs to actually make a portal cake that doesn't involve eight pounds of fondant. Just regular frosting and icing and, y'know, TRADITIONAL cake decorating stuff. You win! This is awesome!

I am far from a professional... Also, I hadn't seen it done when I made it (it was only a week after the game's release). There are some really great ones out there.
